Our return policy at Loveivy.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Customers may return any unused item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Please contact our dedicated customer service team to initiate the return process. We strive to provide excellent service and aim to process all returns within five business days of receipt. However, please note that personalized items, such as engraved jewelry, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
