Once a returned item is received at Littlewoods, the refund process typically takes approximately 14 working days to complete. This duration includes the time it takes for the returned item to reach our warehouse and for our team to inspect and process the refund. Please note that during busy periods or bank holidays, there may be a slight delay in the refund process. Additionally, refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. If a credit or debit card was used, the refund will be credited back to that card. Customers who paid using a different method, such as PayPal or Klarna, will receive their refund through those respective platforms. We strive to provide prompt and efficient refund services to ensure customer satisfaction.
