What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made from Kays Catalogue. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. However, there are a few exceptions to keep in mind. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form provided with your order and send the item back using the pre-paid return label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. For further information or assistance, please contact our customer service team.
