Our return policy for non-faulty items at Littlewoods Catalogue is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 28 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process, and they will guide you through the steps. Please note that personalized and perishable items, as well as items with a hygiene seal, cannot be returned unless faulty. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can exchange the item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
