Reporting a Problem with Khan Academy

The quickest way to report an issue with Khan Academy is through the website with the steps outlined below:

  1. Open Khan Academy in your browser.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Help Center."
  4. Click on "Report a Problem" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  5. Under "Submit a Request" choose the response from the drop-down menu that best describes the problem you're reporting.
  6. Complete the form that opens on your screen. Information needed includes:
    • Email address
    • Subject
    • Description of the problem
    • Your first name
    • How you are using Khan Academy (either as a teacher, learner, parent or administrator).
    • If the account was created by a teacher, parent or student.
    • Email account used to create the Khan Academy account.
    • Your Khan Academy ID (KAID). This can be found by logging into your account.
    • Any additional information requested for the problem you listed.
  7. Hit "Submit" to report the issue.

Khan Academy site administrators will review the issue and respond to you via email.

Using Help In Khan Academy

Another way to report a problem with Khan Academy is to use the "Help" button on the website. Follow these steps to report a problem through "Help:"

  1. Open Khan Academy in your browser.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Click on "Help Center" at the bottom of the page.
  4. In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, click on the blue "Help" button.
  5. Type in the issue you are experiencing and choose the best option in the links that appear to get more information on the issue.
