What is Joules' return policy?

Joules offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Swimwear, underwear, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, you can use the prepaid label provided with your order, or contact customer service for assistance. If you choose a refund, the original payment method will be credited within 14 days of receipt. Please note that returns can also be made in Joules stores, excluding outlets. Overall, Joules prioritizes an easy and stress-free return experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
