Jet2.com, often referred to as Jet2, is a British airline that operates chartered and scheduled services. Jet2 is the third largest scheduled and chartered airline in the UK and is based at Leeds Bradford Airport. The airline flies to over 72 destinations. It also has a fleet of 59 airplanes.

Making a booking with Jet2 is a simple process but there are terms and conditions to be met for you to be able to do so.

Jet2 Terms and Conditions

First and foremost you must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking with Jet2.

If you make a booking that has more than one passenger, the person making the booking is referred to as the 'lead passenger.' The lead passenger will be the main contact between Jet2 and your travelling party.

If another person pays for your booking you consent to that person's authority to dealing with the airline on your behalf. If you have any reservations about dealing with that person or you want to cancel/restrict that authority, you should notify Jet2 in writing.

You must provide Jet2 with your contact information at the time of the booking. All the names in the booking should be identical to the names in the corresponding passports. The contact information will include local mobile number and an overseas number where you can be reached by Jet2 in case of any changes. If you do not provide the above contact info, you accept responsibility for any losses you incur.

Jet2 reserves the right to cancel your booking if they suspect that the booking is meant to defraud or deceive Jet2 in any way. Moreover, they can deny you the chance to make any bookings in the future.

Once Jet2 accepts your booking and send you a confirmation email, a binding contact comes into existence between you and the airline. It is your responsibility to contact Jet2 if you do not receive a confirmation email about a booking.

Making a Booking

You can make a booking online through the Jet2 website, through their call center, at their airport sales desk and at your local travel agent.

If your booking includes a party of 10 or more you are required to make a deposit of £30 per person. Group bookings are made through the Jet2 Group page where a member of our Groups team will be happy to assist you.

Paying for your booking is also a very simple process. You have three options at your disposal when it comes to paying for your booking including credit card, debit card and PayPal. The Jet2 all center will accept payment using debit and credit cards whereas their airport sales desk will accept debit and credit cards but also accept cash in local currency. PayPal is accepted if a booking is made through the Jet2 website. Jet2 only accepts payments in GBP and EUR.

If you make your booking online you should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you do not you should check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't find it, you should contact customer service.
