The Essential plan consists of seven breakfasts, seven lunches, seven dinners, and free delivery. It costs $19.49 per day, $136.43 per week, and $591.20 per month. The Complete plan consists of seven breakfasts, seven lunches, seven dinners, seven snacks and desserts, free delivery, and personal coaching. It costs $22.49 per day, $156.29 per week, and $677.26 per month.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the Simple plan are an additional $5.99 per week. However, if you pay for two or more weeks of the Simple plan up front, the shipping is free. Shipping is always free for the Essential and Complete plans.
Extra Snacks and Desserts
Every box of additional snacks and desserts you buy costs $16.
Grocery Expenses
Of course, it is not entirely simple to compare the monthly costs of the plans to each other. The Simple plan, for example, only consists of breakfasts and lunches.
