Do you have an issue with your recent stay at Hyatt? You can file a complaint about the property you stayed at by completing an online form. After submitting the form, you'll receive an on-screen confirmation telling you that Hyatt has received your comment or complaint. They will look into it and reach out to you if they would need more information or if they already have a resolution.
To file a complaint with the hotel chain, simply go to the Share Feedback on a Recent Stay page on the Hyatt website and fill out the required fields. You'll need to provide Hyatt with contact information including your name, last name and address. Hyatt will also need your confirmation number or hotel dates and the feedback type. You can select Service Feedback if you have a complaint about the services offered or Stay Feedback when you have a complaint about the property.
Fill out the Feedback field and provide more details about your complaint so that Hyatt can look into it and provide you with a better resolution. You need to also choose a Contact Method in case Hyatt wants to discuss the issue further.
