What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Holiday Tripper is designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers. If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the tour or activity. However, please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we also provide the option to reschedule your reservation for a future date, subject to availability. In case of any cancellations or changes, it is important to contact our customer service team as soon as possible to ensure smooth processing. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs while also considering the operational requirements of our tour providers.
