Our return policy for holiday invitations is straightforward and convenient. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not happy with your invitations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that the invitations must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made invitations cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error caused by our team.
