Visit the H2O Wireless website.
Locate the menu on the H2O Wireless homepage. It's in the upper-left corner of the website, represented by the three black stacked horizontal lines.
Click on the three black stacked horizontal lines to open the H2O Wireless menu.
Locate the "Support" line. It's toward the bottom of the menu and has a black down-pointing arrow to its right.
Click on the black down-pointing arrow to the right of "Support." Doing so will cause the "Support" menu to expand.
Look for the "FAQs" line under "Support."
Click on "FAQs." This will take you to the "H2O Wireless Frequently Asked Questions" page.
Scroll down on the "H2O Wireless Frequently Asked Questions" page until you find the "AutoPay" box.
Look for the "View More" link in the "AutoPay" box. It's in the lower-left corner of the box.
Click on "View More." This will cause the "AutoPay" box to get larger and display more information.
Scroll down until you find the section that says "How can I cancel Auto Pay and is there any fee?"
Read the paragraph under "How can I cancel Auto Pay and is there any fee?"
Follow the instructions in the paragraph under "How can I cancel Auto Pay and is there any fee?" Doing so should allow you to turn off autopay. If you run into difficulties, please move on to Step 15.
