H20 Wireless is an American prepaid phone and mobile Internet service. The company was founded in 2005 and is a brand of Locus Telecommunications, which is owned by parent company Telrite Holdings. H20 Wireless offers its customers both phones and phone plans. If you currently have a phone or service with H20 Wireless, keep reading to find out how to turn off the autopay feature. H20 Wireless calls this feature the "auto recharge" that automatically tops up your prepaid phone plan.

Turn Off Autopay Online

  1. Go to www.H2OWirelessNow.com

  2. In the top right corner, select 'Login.'

  3. Sign in to your account with your email address and password.

  4. Go to the 'My Account' tab.

  5. Under the 'Auto-Recharge' section, check off 'Un-enroll.'

  6. You will receive an email confirming the changes have been made. You can also sign out of your account and sign back in to see if you're still enrolled in autopay under your 'Account Settings.'

  7. Note that it can take several business days for the change to be updated on your account.

Call Into H20 Wireless' Customer Service

If you're having difficulties with the above steps, you can also call into H20 Wireless' customer support line. You will need to provide some personal and account information to verify yourself as the account owner. Explain to the customer service representative that you would like to cancel the autopay feature. Keep the customer service agent on the line until you receive the email confirming the changes have been made.
