Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to release a class for you. Once a check-in at a studio is made on the Gympass app, you're unable to cancel or make any other check-ins on the same day, even if your class gets canceled by the workout studio. However, your day pass will be available for use at any other participating Gympass facility during the rest of the day. We recommend reaching out directly to the studio for clarification on re-arranging any canceled classes.
