Hello, I need assistance with adding my dependents to my Gympass account. My son, M. Auciello, was removed while attending college out of town but is now back in Dallas for a different university. I want to include him back on my account as one of my two dependents, alongside my other son, S. Auciello. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in adding him back despite multiple email attempts. I would appreciate speaking to an agent instead of continuing with emails as the phone number provided is no longer operational. I'm with NetJets Aviation under the bronze plan and wish to reactivate M. Auciello with a bronze membership. Please reach out to me at my contacts to assist with this matter. Thank you. Regards, L. I recently signed up for Gympass and made the payment with my credit card. When I tried to use it at my local gym, "Esparta" in East Brunswick, NJ, they couldn't verify my Gympass ID. The gym staff suggested I contact Gympass to get a new ID number that they could use to register me correctly. I need your assistance in providing me the correct ID number so I can resolve this matter. Thank you for your help. - Ditina G.

I'm a new customer, experiencing some difficulties with the app. After entering the zip code for the gym I want to visit, like Healthtrax on Post Rd, Warwick RI, the app doesn't allow me to check in as it claims there's nothing in the area. Even when I search for Healthtrax Warwick RI, the app only displays the website but no options to sign in, check in, or book a class. This is frustrating and is hindering my ability to use the app for my rehab. Can you please provide clear instructions on how to select Healthtrax and check in? Thank you.

I have paid for Gympass, but I am unable to select my preferred local gym, Healthtrax in Warwick, RI, which is included in my plan, to book a class. When I search for the gym in the app, it directs me to their website, but I can't use the Check In button at the bottom of the screen. The interactive features on different screens are not functioning. I need this to work as soon as possible, as I need to work out for medical reasons.

I have encountered an issue with multiple incorrect charges on my account. Initially, I was the only member on the plan with a monthly fee of $11.98. Recently, I added my son, then my daughter to the plan. When I called customer service at 1-[redacted], I inquired about putting my son's account on hold since he is out of the country. However, the representative mistakenly asked if I wanted to cancel the account, which was not my intention. Despite confirming no changes should be made to my account, I was charged $37.44 on 5/14/23, which I did not authorize. I am requesting a refund for these charges. Additionally, I would like to discuss the charges on my account on 4/5, 4/13, 4/24, 5/5, and the erroneous charge on 5/14. I am enrolled in Gympass through my employer, Morgan Stanley, under the name Josie Granda. Please reach out to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Josie Granda

I have experienced significant medical challenges lately which have prevented me from using my Gympass membership. I previously paused my membership a few months ago due to the same medical issue, but I find myself in the same situation once again. I am following doctor's orders and unable to visit the gym, as evidenced by my lack of attendance. I kindly ask for the option to pause my membership once more while I navigate these health issues. Furthermore, I would appreciate a refund for the previous month when I was unable to utilize the gym at all. If necessary, I can provide a doctor's note to support my circumstances. Dear Gympass Team, I encountered an issue with my Latin Dance Bachata online class booking today on 15/10/23 at 10:30. Despite multiple attempts, the class did not take place as no one showed up. As a result, I lost my daily check-in limit and was unable to participate in the class. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
