Our return policy at Gumps.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package to guarantee its safe arrival back to our facility. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process the refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that personalized or special order items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
