Our return policy allows customers to return most products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation. Certain items, such as opened DVDs, CDs, video games, or software, can only be exchanged for the same title. Additionally, some products, like underwear or body jewelry, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customers can initiate their return by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. We strive to process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
