How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Find the order you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel it. If you are unable to cancel online, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Keep in mind that orders can typically only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it once it has been delivered.
