Yes, you can cancel your order with The Knot Shop, but there are certain conditions to consider. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered the processing or shipping phase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. It is important to note that personalized or customized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Additionally, if your order contains items from multiple sellers, you may need to cancel each item individually. To request a cancellation, please provide your order details and reason for cancellation to our customer service team and they will assist you promptly.
