Our return policy at The Knot Shop is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes merchandise might not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. However, personalized and customized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We strive to provide exceptional service and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from The Knot Shop.
