What is FootSmart's return policy?

FootSmart's return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Exceptions include personalized or customized products, as well as products marked final sale or non-returnable. Returns are hassle-free; simply fill out the return form included with your order, affix the prepaid return label, and drop off at any authorized carrier location. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
