Our company's return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Eastluna.com, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, are not eligible for return due to their nature. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used.
