What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We are unable to accept returns on certain items such as chemicals and pool covers for hygiene reasons. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned item and it is deemed eligible, a refund will be processed within a few business days.
