Disney Shopping offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exceptions apply for personalized or perishable products. To initiate a return, customers can contact our dedicated customer service team or use the online return form. Returns accompanied by a receipt will be credited back to the original payment method, while returns without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Disney Shopping error. For additional information, our customer service representatives are available to assist you.
