To update your phone number associated with your Credit Karma account, log in to your account and navigate to your account settings. You should find the option to edit your personal information, including your phone number. Once you've entered your new number, save the changes to update your account accordingly.

To access your Credit Karma account on a new phone, download the Credit Karma app from your phone's app store. Open the app and log in using your existing credentials (email and password). If you have two-factor authentication enabled, follow the prompts to verify your identity. Once logged in, your account information will be accessible on your new device.

If your year of birth doesn't match the information associated with your Social Security Number (SSN), it can prevent you from logging into your account. Ensure that the information you are entering is correct. If you’ve changed your name or encountered a recent life event, updating your details might be necessary in our system. Following the prompts on the login page can also help you recover access to your account. If the issue persists, it may require a review of your account details.

To download your full credit score report from Credit Karma, log in to your account and navigate to the "Credit Score" or "Credit Reports" section. There, you should find options to view and download your credit report. Follow the prompts to save the report to your device.
