What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Crazy8.com allows customers to return merchandise within 45 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Without a receipt, customers may still be eligible for store credit at the current selling price. Certain items, such as swimwear, underwear, and personalized products, are non-returnable. Returns can be made by mail or at any Crazy 8 store. Online purchases can also be returned to a Gymboree or Janie and Jack store. For online returns, a prepaid return label is provided, and a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective or was received incorrectly.
