The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. Without a receipt, customers may still be eligible for store credit at the current selling price. Certain items, such as swimwear, underwear, and personalized products, are non-returnable. Returns can be made by mail or at any Crazy 8 store. Online purchases can also be returned to a Gymboree or Janie and Jack store. For online returns, a prepaid return label is provided, and a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective or was received incorrectly.
