To exchange an item at Crazy8.com, simply fill out the return form included with your order and indicate the item you wish to exchange. Place the form in the package with the item to be exchanged and send it back using the provided return label. Once the item is received and processed, the exchange will be made and the new item will be shipped out. Please note that exchanges can only be made for items in new, unworn condition with tags still attached.
