What is the return policy?

Millennium Communications, Inc. has a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or have issues, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a Millennium Communications, Inc. error. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
