From cake decorating to quilting to photography, if there's a creative pursuit you're interested in, there's likely a Craftsy class for it. Craftsy also allows people to buy supplies and kits directly from the site, and many people choose to do this to take advantage of the great prices and reliable customer service. If you've recently ordered supplies or a kit from Craftsy, you may be wondering how to track your order. Don't worry — we'll walk you through it!

Use the Website

If you're looking to track your order online, the easiest way is to go to the Craftsy website and sign in.

Once logged in, click on "My Account" and then "Order History." This will show you a list of all the orders you've placed with Craftsy, as well as their status and tracking information.

If you placed your order more than a week ago, it might take a few days to update the tracking information. If you don't see any tracking information for your order, contact Craftsy customer service, and they'll be happy to help.

Use the App

The Craftsy app makes it easy if you'd rather track your order on your phone or tablet. Just open the app and sign in.

Once you're signed in, tap on the three lines in the top left corner and select "My Orders." This will show you a list of all your orders, as well as their status and tracking information.

If your order is older than a week, it may take a few days to update the tracking information. If you don't see any tracking information for your order, contact Craftsy customer service, and they'll be happy to help.

Call Customer Service

If you'd rather speak to someone than track your order online or through the app, you can always call Craftsy customer service. They're available Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. When you call, have your order number ready. This is the six-digit number at the top of your order confirmation email. Craftsy customer service can tell you the status of your order and answer any questions you may have.

Follow Up With the Shipping Company

If you've checked all of the above and still can't track your order, your package may have been sent with a shipping company other than Craftsy. In this case, you'll need to contact the shipping company to get tracking information. Usually, the shipping company's website will have a link where you can enter your order number and track your package.
