Our cancellation policy at Contour Clinic is designed to ensure that all of our patients are provided with the best care and service possible. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, which is why we require 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. Failure to provide adequate notice or not showing up for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee. We value our patients' time and appreciate adherence to this policy, as it helps us maintain an efficient schedule and allows us to accommodate other patients.
