Simply bring the item, along with the original receipt or packing slip, to any Coldwater Creek store for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return by mail, please follow the instructions provided on our website. Returns made without a receipt will be eligible for a merchandise credit at the current selling price. Please note that final clearance items, personalized or monogrammed products, and swimwear without the original hygiene strip are non-returnable.
