Our return policy at Coldwater Creek allows for hassle-free returns of unworn and unwashed items within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply bring the item, along with the original receipt or packing slip, to any Coldwater Creek store for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return by mail, please follow the instructions provided on our website. Returns made without a receipt will be eligible for a merchandise credit at the current selling price. Please note that final clearance items, personalized or monogrammed products, and swimwear without the original hygiene strip are non-returnable.
