Our return policy at Charlotte Russe allows for returns on unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the original receipt must accompany the return. If you have lost your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system if you provide the original form of tender used for the purchase. In-store purchases can be returned to any Charlotte Russe store, while online purchases can be returned to our online store or any physical location. Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. We offer the option to receive a refund in the original form of payment, or store credit.
