Yes, Charlotte Russe offers the convenience of returning items purchased online to any of their physical store locations. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can simply bring the item(s) along with the original packaging and receipt to a nearby store within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be processed directly to your original form of payment. Please note that swimwear, earrings, and any Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
