Our return policy at Charles & Marie is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or defective. We strive to make the return process as convenient and efficient as possible for our valued customers.
