Our 7-day return policy at Carvana provides customers with peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle online. Once you receive your car, you have a full week to thoroughly evaluate it. If you decide it isn't the perfect fit, simply contact us within seven days. We will guide you through the return process, which includes scheduling a pickup for the vehicle at no additional cost. To qualify for the return, the car must be in the same condition as when purchased, with fewer than 400 additional miles on the odometer. Once we receive the car, a refund will be issued to you. Our aim is to make the car buying experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
