Our return policy at Canvasondemand.com allows our customers to return any non-personalized items within 365 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, if desired. However, personalized items, such as those with custom photos or text, cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error with the product. In such cases, we will gladly replace or refund the item. To initiate a return, customers simply need to contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for return.
