The Calvin Klein Return Policy
In general, you have 45 days to return a Calvin Klein purchase and get a refund. Returns must be unworn and have all of the original tags still attached. You can't return either Custom or Final Sale items. Mail returns will incur a $4.95 shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund unless the refund is less than $4.95. If it is, the gift card will have the return shipping fee deducted from it after the refund is issued. You can return both online and in-store purchases either by mail or to a Calvin Klein store. If you used an e-gift card, you must make the return by mail.
How to Make a Return by Mail to Calvin Klein
To make a return by mail, follow this procedure:
- Go to the Calvin Klein website.
- Sign in to your Calvin Klein account.
- Go to the returns page.
- Enter your order number in the upper field.
- Enter your email in the lower field.
- Click the Next button.
- Follow the remaining instruction you are given and print out the prepaid return label and return slip.
- Pack up the item or items you want to return.
- Include the return slip in the package.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Mail the package.
After Calvin Klein receives your return, it will take 7 to 14 days to process your return. After it completes the processing, it will send you an email notification. It will take up to 72 hours after that for you to receive your refund.
How to Make a Return to a Calvin Klein Store
As long as you used a physical gift card to make the purchase, either online or at a Calvin Klein store, you can return the purchase by taking it to a Calvin Klein store. Just bring your receipt or packing slip along with you and include everything that came along with your original purchase. If you did not receive a packing slip with your online order, you can get a return slip to use instead. Just go to the return page, enter the order number and your email, and print out the return slip when given the opportunity.
