At Burlington Coat Factory, our return policy aims to provide utmost customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Without a receipt, we'll issue a merchandise credit for the current selling price. Please note that swimwear, intimate apparel, and clearance items are non-returnable. Returns are accepted in-store or by mail. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued in the original form of payment. For your convenience, online purchases can also be returned to our physical locations.
