Our return policy for bulbs is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your bulb purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We understand that sometimes bulbs may not be compatible with certain fixtures, or customers may change their mind after purchase, so we strive to make the return process as straightforward as possible. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
