Click on the "Customer Care" link. This will take you to the Budget customer care page.
Scroll down until you find the "Budget Lost and Found" box. It says, "Think you forgot or lost possessions in your car rental? Budget Lost and Found will help you." An orange "Learn More >" link is toward the bottom of the box.
Click on the orange "Learn More >" link. Doing so will take you to the Budget Lost and Found Website.
Look for the "Location Search" box. It has wording in it that says "Enter a Location Name, Airport Code..."
Tap on the "Location Search" box. Doing so will outline the box in blue, cause the cursor to blink, and make your phone's keyboard appear.
Type the location where you rented the car. When you're done, press the "Go" button underneath.
Locate the "Report a Lost Item" box. Underneath the header, it says, "Submit a detailed lost item report to this location." When you find it, click the blue and white "Report Now" button.
A small box will appear with fields you need to fill in. Enter all your information. When you're done with the first two sections, press the blue-and-white "Next" button at the lower-right corner. Information you need to enter includes your name, email, and phone number. Before proceeding, double-check that all the details are accurate.
After you fill in all your information, submit your report to Budget.
If you have questions or require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to the Budget customer service team. They can provide the answers you need and guide you through the process of submitting the report.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
