Bike Nashbar's return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns can be made by mail or in-store. Customers returning items by mail are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that bikes and select oversized items may require additional fees for return handling.
