Our return policy at Bikegifts.net is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. However, certain items such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return, and they will provide you with a return authorization number. Return shipping costs may apply, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
