At Bikeman.com, we have a hassle-free and customer-centric return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
