Autodesk offers a variety of software solutions for engineering, architecture, manufacturing, education, and other industries. If you have subscribed to Autodesk's services and have reached the end of your project, you may need to cancel your Autodesk subscription. To learn how to do this, just follow these instructions:

Subscription Cancellation

When you subscribed to Autodesk's services, you were enrolled in automatic renewal. To cancel your Autodesk subscription, all you need to do is turn off the automatic renewal. Your subscription will come to an end once your current billing cycle, which you have already paid for, has come to an end. That means that your Cloud storage and project file access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle as well. You documents that were stored on the Cloud will still be accessible for 30 days after the current billing cycle ends. After that period, your account will be changed to the basic free account with 5 GB of storage, and any files you have that take you over the storage limit will be deleted.

How to Turn Off Your Autodesk Subscription Renewal

  1. Go to Autodesk's home page.
  2. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and sign into your account.
  3. Select Billing and Orders.
  4. Select Subscriptions and Contracts.
  5. Click on the Autodesk subscription that you want to cancel. You will be taken to your subscription details.
  6. Click on the Auto-renew button to turn it off. You will be given a confirmation message.
  7. Select Turn Off in the confirmation message. The expiration date, which is the end of your current billing cycle, will be displayed.

If, after completing Step 5, you get a message reading "Manage renewal for this subscription at the Autodesk store," follow these instructions instead:

  1. Enter your password and order number in the text fields provided.
  2. Click on Manage Auto-Renewal Plan.
  3. Select Off under the Automatic Renewals header.

If you need help cancelling your subscription for any reason, contact Autodesk's customer service. Phone, chat, email, and help desk options are available .

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Autodesk Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Autodesk in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Cancel My Autodesk Subscription? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
