Appalachian Power Co offers several convenient payment options for your electricity bill. Firstly, you can pay using our online payment service, which allows you to make secure payments directly from your bank account or credit/debit card. Additionally, you can set up automatic payments, where your bill amount is automatically deducted from your bank account each month. If you prefer, you can also pay by phone, simply by calling our customer service hotline. Appalachian Power Co also accepts payments via mail, where you can send a check or money order along with your bill stub. Lastly, in-person payments can be made at authorized payment locations.
