AMICA Insurance Auto Repair Network
AMICA Insurance allows you to use any licensed repair shop, however, it is recommended to use a repair shop in the AMICA Auto Repair Assistance Program.
The repair network includes around 1,600 licensed auto repair shops across the country. All work carried out by the shops is guaranteed for as long as you own the car. AMICA will also pay the provider directly so you do not have to wait and can collect your vehicle as soon as it is ready.
The following steps will help you find your nearest AMICA Insurance body shop:
- Go to the AMICA website and under claim center go to "Find an auto repair shop."
- In the required box enter your zip code get a list of shops in your area.
- When the results are shown on the screen, choose the shop you would like to use and contact them.
- Once you have chosen them you will need to confirm the shop you are using with your AMICA consultants. They will then deal directly with each other for the duration of your claim.
Using a Preferred Auto Body Shop
If you already have a preferred repair shop in mind you can contact your claim handler who will work with your preferred repair shop to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possibly:
- Contact your claim handler to confirm the repair shop's details.
- The handler will work directly with the chosen repair shop.
