What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at African Trails is designed to be fair and flexible for our customers. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. For bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the departure date, we offer a full refund minus a small administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee, which is a percentage of the trip cost. This fee increases the closer it gets to the departure date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and accommodating to our customers' needs.
