How Do I Get Adidas to Refund a Charge?

Adidas allows you to return a product and get a refund. You simply need to ensure that you are within the returns window.

Even though Adidas tries to create products that are excellent in performance and quality, it is not always possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase on Adidas, you can return it and request a full refund within 30 days.

If you want a refund for hype products, you must return them within seven days from the date of delivery. It is impossible to return customized items. To enjoy free returns, the product you wish to return must be within the United States. You can't use the return label through USPS for FPO/APO returns.

Returning Your Product

Via Mail

Go to the 'Online Returns' page and print your return label. When your package is labeled, you can drop it at any USPS drop-off point. Follow these steps to return your product via mail.

1. Log in to your account or sign in as a guest

2. Check the item you wish to return and explain why you are returning it

3. If you are returning multiple items, have each one in a different box. In every box, include the return detail slip

4. Attach your shipping label and remove any other delivery addresses from the box

5. Drop your shipment at your nearest UPS store or drop-off location

Returning In-Store

You may return your Adidas product at your local Adidas retail store. When returning your item to an Adidas store, check to ensure that you are within the returns window. You must provide the store with your original form of payment and confirmation email. Without the details, the store cannot process your request.

If your receipt is unavailable, you may be eligible for an in-store credit.

If you wish to return hype products, you have to use the online returns portal. When ordering them, the returns window will be communicated on the product page.

Requesting a Refund for an Adidas Authorized Reseller

You can get Adidas refunds if you purchased your product from an authorized reseller. If you have any concerns about your product, contact them and request to return it. Note that different resellers may have different return policies.
