What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Our cancellation policy for reservations is as follows:
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup time. This allows us to better accommodate other customers who may be in need of our services. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and meet your transportation needs while also being considerate of our drivers' time and availability.
