What is your cancellation policy for pet care services?

Our cancellation policy for pet care services is as follows: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us enough time to reassign staff and fill the spot with another client who may be on our waiting list. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating. In such cases, we appreciate your prompt communication so that we can work together to find the best solution. Your satisfaction and the well-being of your pets are our top priorities.
