If you are not completely delighted with your floral arrangement, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with a resolution. In the unfortunate event that a flower arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund. However, please keep in mind that due to their perishable nature, flowers may wilt over time, which is not eligible for a return. We do ask that you provide us with a photo of the arrangement in question to help us better understand the issue.
